Brown Spots Appearing On Skin, Not Itchy. What Could This Possibly Be?

Hello doctor, I have had these brown spots appearing on my skin almost over night. They are not bumpy or itchy, they are just there. But i noticed that over night more of them appear, It started on my thigh, then went to my hand, and now there on the corner of my lips. What could this possibly be?

Hi,

I can understand your concern for the appearance of brown spots appearing on skin.

You have not mentioned your age, sex and occupation so that a better of close possibility could be made. Even then it appears to be simple freckling if it is less than pin head size and if larger than that then it can be part of tanning spots after sun exposure.

You can wait and watch for the progression of the posts for few days. If these increase or anything unusual appears then you can visit a dermatologist and take proper guidance.
