hello,
Welcome to Health care Magic.
Moles are common.almost every adult have few moles.people with light skin have more moles.there can be 40-50 moles on there skin. This is normal.
When moles start to grow, itch and bleed its better to concern a dermatologist.
Most moles dont require a treatment.
If the mole is bothering you and if you find it unattractive, consult a dermatologist and get it removed.

This could be due to exposure to sun as well. Avoid sun exposure. Apply sunscreen SPF 25. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to prevent vitamin deficiency which can cause pigmentation. Drink plenty of water. There are skin bleaching agents which can lighten the spots for which you can consult Dermatologist. Also other options of treatment can be discussed like laser therapy to remove spots.

Hello, welcome to HCM. Considering your age it is highly likely that i could be due to sun exposure and hormonal imbalances. You should use a sun screen and avoid going out in direct sun as much as possible. Also get your thyroid level tested. Eat well balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals and green leafy vegetables. Eat lot of fresh fruits. Cosult a dermatologist for further evaluation. Wish you good health.
