Brown Spotting, Ache, Sore Boobs And Back Pain. Had Unprotected Sex, No Pills. Pregnant?

hi there i need help, my last period was on the 4th of april. My partner and i have had unprotected sex on the 16th- 18th then againon the 20-22nd. we arnt on any contraception. for the past three days i have been having a brown, almost black like slight bleeding, achne, sore boobs near my arm pits and back painss, help?

Hi,

Taken for granted your periods are regular, your last period was on April 4th. You had unprotected sex from 12th day to 18th day of your LMP. Typically saying you had sex exactly in the ovulation period (otherwise called danger period). You are expecting your period on may 4th. You have painful, brownish black discharge (which looks like bleeding) along with sore boobs, pain in the armpit and back for the last 3 days. 2 possibilities are there:

1) This may premenstrual infected white discharge (white discharge is common in the premenstrual period because of increased blood circulation in pelvic area) Pain in other areas are also common during this time. If you get regular periods consult Dr if you have any dark foul smelling vaginal discharge.

2) If you miss your periods the chance for pregnancy is more. Then you can do home pregnancy test (non-conclusive) or wait for may 14th to do Pregnancy test in a Lab. by blood sample (conclusive) and treatment as per report. If you don't want to continue - ONLY by consulting a gynecologist do it. At that time early abortion will be the safe way.
