I punched a wall and now I have a large bruise over all of my middle knuckle extending into my finger and on most of my ring finger's knuckle as well as part of my index finger's knuckle. When i clench and unclench my fist, I can feel this weird sensation like things are moving. I was wondering if I was just feeling the blood in the bruise moving or if there was something wrong with my knuckle or the bone in my finger.
