Bruising On Tip Of Penis Foreskin After Sex, Sensitive Foreskin. Treatment Or Cream?

When ever i have sex the tip of my penis forskin bruised up rather I wear a condom or not. It goes away after a couple days after I put some neosporin on it. Any treatment I can use to make it go away for good. And also when ever I peel my foreskin all the way back, near the middle of my penis is very tight and sensitive and it cause me to cum faster then me and partner would like. I also think it stop my penis from getting BIGGER. Any treatment or cream I can use to loosen that area. When I check online this is only name I can find close to my condition Balanitis (Penis Disorder) but I don t really have a problem peeling my penis forskine back, only when its bruise up

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Partia; Phimosis.
The bruising that you are getting after intercourse may be due to Phimosis.
However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist.
Please consult him ,further treatment will be decided by him .
You may need to get circumcised under local anesthesia.
