Bruising, Swelling On Foot, Tender Knot, Pain On Touching. Due To Cracks?

My lab jumped and came down on the top of my right foot a week ago to day, The entire top of my foot and down to the arch is bruised and still swollen. I can walk but foot aches and if I touch the top it has a knot and is very tender. I don t think it is broken could it be cracked? it is the bone that follows above the big toe .
