Bubble Comes Out From One Side During Bowel Movement, Part Of Colon Removed. Normal ?

Well about 2 years ago I had part of my colon removed, I had severe diverticosis they took out the bad part since then I really have not had any problems accept when I have a bowel movement a bubble comes out only on one side I went back to my surgeon and he said that's normal after this kind of surgery just to wait well it still is happening so I went and saw another doctor he said its hemmoriod and did a banning procedure well that was not the problem either it's still happening, Have you ever heard of this?
