Bump In The Labia After A Bubble Bath. Have Itching. Cause?

I took a bubble bath last Monday morning. That afternoon after work, I experienced some irritation and noticed what I thought was a small bump on the inside of my labia (one side only). It was red and a little white in the middle. When I touched it, however, it did not feel like a bump. It was smooth. Also, it was not painful to the touch at all, no matter how much I touched or manipulated it. I put peroxide on it and it did not fizz. However, I did feel slight itching and sometimes a shooting pain in that general area hours later unrelated to movement or touching. By the next afternoon, the irritation was pretty much gone, but it still looked white. I rubbed at the white area with a wet Q-tip and the white stuff came out/off like dead skin almost (the white part was dry, not pus-like). I could not remove all of it without tweezers so the rest came off with water in the shower. It left a tiny pin-head sized crater it seems or it could be a scar. It's so small and far away from my vantage point I can't tell which it is and can barely see it at all now (by day 3, I could barely see the hole/crater). So, it was red with a white center, slightly irritated (itched/stung) for a day, flat (although the labia was swollen), and was not painful to touch. Any idea what it could have been? I was recently tested for all STDs (herpes included), all non-reactive. The only test that was not performed was syphilis. Also, I did try to see my doctor on Monday, but they could not give me an appointment until Wednesday. That conflicted with my schedule and by then, there was nothing but a small hole/scar left to see.

hi, it couldbe a boil/staphylococcus infection. but you said it is painless,it can be syphilis infection, but in females usually painless ulcer occurs in cervix which will go unnoticed and subsides on it,s one. please see your physician for testing with VDRL, and take appropriate antibiotics. good luck.
