Bump Inside Ear, Purple Dots Above Ear Piercing Area, Crusty

I pierced my ears by myself about 3 months ago and I only cleaned them about twice than didn't really care. About a week ago I took them out for a picture and I couldn't put them back on it hurted and there was a small bump inside the ear. I forced them in they started bleeding and but the bumps are gone. Now I have like small purple dots above the piercing but not right next to it. I am using sea salt now. They don't hurt but kind of bother me and they're a bit crusty and they're not swollen.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, seems like you have the pierced area infected or swollen because of hypersensitivity to the metal you are using. The infected holes tend to close and when you forced the ear rings, the area bled. Do not worry, just do not put anything in that hole. Apply an antibiotic ointment over the area and let it heal. if hole gets closed, let it be and then after few weeks, get it pierced by an ENT. Regards
