Bump On Head , Got Hurt On Shin, Pain After Airbag Hitting On Face. Anything To Worry?

Hi got in a car crash three weeks ago and airbag deploded and hit in the face. I had a good size bump on my head that gone down some, but I can still feel a little lump. Should I be worried? Also I hit my shin on something in the car that left a knot and a punture wound. It is still painful and the wound is still healingbut im worried about the knot. What is it?

Ii can not said to be head injury and this will come around no need to worry if you do not have any sign and symptoms related with the CNS system then you should not worry everything will be okay have great day.
