Bump On Left Upper Clitoris, Increasing In Size, Greenish Colored Pus Oozing. What Could This Be?

I found a pea sized bump on my left upper clitoris, it went away after a few days. Recently (approx 5 days later) it returned and increased in size looking agitated and very sore. Today I popped it and expressed a fair amount of green-tinged pus until it was empty. There was minimal bleeding at the end of the expression, and this is the first time I've experienced this. I am a 21 yr old sexually active female. What could this be?

Thanks for query on HCM.
Bump with green discharge is usually due to bacterial infection and most likely due to hair root infection.
It usually occurs after unprotected sex,improper hygiene,scratching after severe perspiration,tight undergarment.
Take proper local care,clean it with antiseptic liquid,try to squeeze out all the pus inside and apply fusidic acid cream on it.
Take antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic,moxifloxacin.
Nsaid to subside pain,swelling.
Avoid sex till get complete cure,Avoid tight under garment.
Consult gynecologist for proper medications.
