Hello, I'm 15 years old and I have never had sexual intercourse. That Is not the problem but I have little bumbs on the inside of the tip of my penis. I've had it for about a year now and it never goes away. I'm pretty sure it's not an STD, even though it looks like one, but can you please explain to me what it is if you know? Thank you
