Bump Underneath The Skin On Shaft Of Penis, No Pain. What It Could Be?

I am a 18 year old male and a few weeks ago i noticed a small bb sized bump underneath the skin on in the upper middle shaft of my penis. It is noticeable when I am erect but when flaccid it is hard to find but still there. There is no sign of anything on surface of skin. It can be moved a bit and feels firm but not hard like a rock. I have no pain when it is touched but it almost feels as if it is on a vein. Any ideas of what it could be?

Bump on the penis can have several causes. Many penis lumps are harmless,non symptomatic and need no treatment.
It might be due to bad hygiene.
Just take proper local care.
Apply local antibiotic cream to prevent infection and promote healing under guidance of your doctor.
Avoid tight under garment,avoid unprotected sex and avoid sex till get complete cure.
Otherwise get examined by doctor to confirm the proper diagnosis and medical management.
