From the history, the nearest I could guess is some kind of acne which might ooze blood while you pick them and might also get infected giving rise to pain and discomfort of increasing intensity. Therefore, I would suggest you not to pick these. If they are acne, they will disappear gradually in due course once the hormonal imbalance due to any reason settles down. Otherwise you may have to seek the opinion of a dermatologist, who can suggest you the treatment only after physically examining the problem in person.
