Bumps On Forehead, Jawline, Chin. Acne On Chest And Back. Redness, Itching. Taken Prozac, Seroquel. Cause?
About a week ago small whitehead like bumps started forming all over my forehead, jawline and under chin. Most recently I am having a acne break out on my chest and now it is spreading to my back. I never get jaw acne. And my forehead is covered in tiny tiny bumps some bumps are in clusters. There is a lot of redness and itch. I use Prozac 20 mg, Seroquel 50 mg. For acne my doctor gave me tretinoin 0.025% and minocycline pills 75 mg along with clindamycin lotion. I've used all of these medications before this strange rash/allergic reaction started to appear, so I do not know what is the cause. All I know is that these bumps are not going away and they are spreading.

After reading your query it appears the possibility of sudden eruption of "Acne vulgaris".
You have not mentioned your age but it is quite common to have these white heads kind of things on the face in youth period. This problem is caused due to over-activity of oil glands on the face and then further blockage of glands causes worsening of the situation.
For the prevention and betterment kindly follow the suggestions below:
- stay away from hot and humid climate or direct sunlight.
- Do not scratch any skin lesion or even try to touch unnecessarily.
-Apply over the counter calamine lotion 3-4 times a day.
-You can do cold water compresses to reduce the intensity of itching.
-Do not scratch or rub the skin as it can lead to further aggravation.
Your doctor has correctly prescribed you the medications. It generally takes few weeks of the time for the medications to take its effect. SO have patience and faith in your doctor too. Talk to your doctor so that the things can get clarified better.
