Bumps, Pain, Numbness, Swelling, Redness Over Mole In Upper Back. Suggestions?

I started having pain and numbness in my upper back that seems to be very deep but when I touch the area, over a mole, the pain is localized there as well. There is some localized swelling and redness over the area and now there are small bumps, look like pimples in the swollen area.
Wondering what it could be. Seeing doctor in 2 days but pain is bad.

Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic forum
Thank you for your question.'
I am Dr Gaurav Patel ,dermatologist.
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem.
It look like you have sebaceous cyst or bacterial infection.
You need to consult doctor.
In case of cyst you need to remove it.
It is very simple procedure and safe also.
If it is infection you need to take antibiotic medicine.
For pain you can take analgesic medicine.
please do not press or popped out the lesion as it will increase chance of spreading the infection.
I hope i answered your question.
