Hi
If the burns are superficial then topical antibiotics is sufficient.
Painkillers and antihistamines can be added to alleviate pain and itch and help the healing process.
Deeper burns might need regular burns dressing and oral antibiotics.
Please do not peel off the dead skin as they act as natural barriers. The dead skin will fall off on its own.
Once the new skin has come, moisturisers can be applied regularly to help the healing process.
Hope this helps. Further information and specific help can be provided on seeing the affected area.
Regards
Dr amit
