Burning In Lungs, Upper Back Pain, Shortness Of Breath. Bronchitis, Had Nodules Shown In A CT Scan

I was given a z-pac 10 days ago for bronchitis, felt slightly better. Mucus turned back clear from green. i am still experiencing burning in my lungs and upper back pain, plus a little shortness of breath. I get something like this almost yearly, but it usually clears with an antibiotic. When doctors listen to my lungs my airways sound clear, but I have had nodules shown in a CT Scan 3 years ago, after fighting to get an xray. What do you suggest for me to say to my doctor when i return to see him again tomorrow???

You say as you feel.
If you have not felt better completely as you do always then there is no reason you should say better. What happens a lot of time is that due to repeated infections the bug may get resistant to a lot of antibiotics and hence the usual antibiotics may not help.
If you getting sputum you can check it for culture
