Burning In Vagina While Urinating, Red Swollen Tissue, Sores, Clear Yellow Discharge, Itching. Medication ?
my vagina has burning when I urinate, red swollen tissue, sores on it that looks like donuts ( white with a hole in the centers)i have thick clear yellow odorless discharge. showers relieve the burning for a short while. the itching is all over the vagina and in the inside. I've had this now for about a week or little less. I'm using antifungal on it. It's a lot better in the morning but begins to go back to the way it was the night before making small healing process. the itching of it is the entire vagina.. it hasn't made me sick. no fever. no flu symptoms.
Above features are mostly suggestive of mixed type vaginal and urinary infection.
In this scenario, you must do some investigation like vaginal swab test, urine examination- routine, microscopic & culture. It will help to make a concrete diagnosis.
Proper antibiotic and vaginal suppository (fluconazole) at bed time are quite helpful to treat this type of problem. Drink more water (3 lit/ day), take cranberry juice, urine alkaliser, maintain genital hygiene and avoid sex till the problem is completely resolved.
