Burning/itchy Sensation In The Rectum With Red Lines While Walking, Sitting And Relieving?
I am experiencing a burning/itchy sensation from my rectum. I have been told I have an anal fissure but upon observing it there are many red lines and it is uncomfortable/burning when I walk, sit, or when I go poo. When I do that it hurts a lot and there is a tiny bit of blood sometimes. I'm just worried because I don't know if its just that and I worry it isn't getting better as it hurts all the time

From history it seems that you might be having fistula in ano giving rise this type of picture.
Consult surgeon and get it diagnosed.
After proper diagnosis, line of treatment can be decided.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
