HI, I AM A 49YR OLD MAN THAT HAS BEEN SUFFERING FROM A BURNING SENSATION IN MY ANUS , FEAT, PALMS AND LOWER BACK BUT THAT IN MY ANUS IS MOST SEVERE AND HEIGHTENS TERRIBLY AFTER INTERCOURSE/ EJACULATION . BEEN WITH THIS AILMENT FOR MORE THAN 10YRS NOW. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP PUT ME OUT OF MY MISERY BY TELLING ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND WHAT TO DO? THANK YOU

I do not think it can be a medical problem. It is most likely a psychiatric problem. I would suggest you to meet a psychiatrist and take his advice. It can be aggravated due to deficiency of vitamin B 12. So you can get serum B 12 estimation also.
