Burning Sensation In Breast, Sensitive Areola And Pus Oozing From Bump Near Nipple. Should I Be Worried?

I have a burning sensation in my right breast. Today I noticed my areola was extra sensitive, when I got in the shower I noticed there was pus coming from a little bump right next to my nipple. After clearing the pus there was what looked to be like a mini tear, almost when like when you knick yourself with a razor. Does this sound like something I should be concered about?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

See a Surgeon / get yourself examined / at times, basic investigations (blood count / mammogram) may be necessary...
Abscess / underlying mass, infected and so on have to excluded
Over The Counter (OTC) Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID) will be useful in the meanwhile...

Good luck
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
