Burning Sensation In Knees, Meniscus Tear, Occurs On Sitting Down. Treatment?
Hello, My knees have a burning feeling to them. I can run and walk just fine, except when i get to 3 miles running, my knees start hurting. I suspect a meniscus tear. My main Issue is when i sit down and i m typing for instance, my knees feel like they have icy hot on them. just a mild burning sensation. any ideas? thank you.

From your symptoms, it seems to be a minor inflammatory disorder of the knee joint. Taking mild pain killers and doing a hot fomentation is usually helpful.
