Burning Sensation In Penis After Having Unprotected Sex From A Stranger. Is This STD?

Hello, I' m 31 years old. I'm married .i have a Daughter. I had unprotected sex with a lady & 2 days later I had sex with my wife. In less than 24 hours I started having this burning & pepperish feeling at the tip of my penis which as lasted up to 4days now. Could be I have contacted a STD from this new lady & can you advice me?

The present condition of burning sensation could have been caused by some allergic reaction or inflammation due to unhygienic practices.
