Hi Ms Ishwari
Recurrence of symptoms in a short time could mean -
The original infection was not completely cleared - the bacteria was only partially sensitive or the duration of of treatment was not long enough to clear it. Also there may be an underlying condition. Absence of blood or pain does not rule it out - a stone may not cause pain until it moves, obstructs and so on. You may have contributing gynecological problems.
Hold antibiotic until you get urine culture and sensitivity test results
Do blood tests - cell count, sugar and kidney function
Try to have scan of KUB (Kidney - Ureter-Bladder)
Drink plenty of water
Take care
Wishing you speedy recovery
Good luck
