I have been burping a lot, followed by shivering , feeling like I need to throw up, but I never do. Shortness of breath and my ears feel plugged but I can hear perfectly . Also A odd pressure on my abdomen , Im not sure how to explain it really. Feels almost as if my heart beat moves from my stomach up to my throat and down again .
Hello, There is abdominal infection with simultaneous throat infection. You should take antibiotics before this becomes worse or develop fever.
Drugs like - cefexime and ofloxacin twice a day after meals * five days help a lot.
Ondansetron 2-4mg once or twice a day for nausea and omeprazole for acid/gastritis empty stomach in morning. Take them for 5-7 days and you shoukd be fine. Dont worry, you can.discuss these with your GP and start meds.
Wish you good health. Dr. Manisha Gopal MD Neuropsychiatry
