Butt Crack Has Dryness And Flaking, In Pain, Lump Formation. What Could Be Wrong?
The beginning of my butt crack has this tiny area where it will sometime either have very dry flaking skin or it feels like it is raw and it hurts to sit in a certain position. It almost feels like it has a tear in this tiny area but there is not. Also when I touch it there feels like there is a tiny lump there as well.

Hi fryness and flakiness on the buttocks cracks with a lump formation can be candidial intertrigo with secondary bacterial infection.it is mainly due to excessive sweat.it can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for four weeks and application of nizral ointment and use of oral antibiotic twice daily
