Butt Hole Burns From Bowel Movements. Any Ideas?

So this is a little weird, but I run an advice blog for people suffering with eating disorders. Someone sent in my butthole burns from pooping and I don t know how to respond (I m assuming they re serious/that it s not a prank) any ideas? (also I know my e-mail address is suspicious but I do it to prevent spam) Thanks!

Hi...this could be due to anal fissuers...ask him to take laxatives and sitz bath...
