CHF Symptoms Went Undetected For A While, With EF At 45%. Would This Have Affected My Heart?
hi there, I have a question regarding CHF, if it went undiagnosed for 2 months at the minimum, would it affect my heart permanently. I had a Echo EF was 20 %, and hypokinesis global at about 2 all areas. I have been on medication for 5 months, and my EF went up to 45 %, will my heart still be affected, as ie Starlings law of strtech.
first and foremost you have to realize and accept that if you have chf, the heart muscles are already damaged so you need to be careful with that it would be good if you accept that fact
second dont worry about ef that is subject to change due to a lot of things chf is not the only cause of low ef even infections can reduce ef
third stick to your medicines regularly if you do you can live a long and almost normal life the medicines are good and effective
fourth avoid too much salt and water
