hi there

couple of things you need to consider

first and foremost
you have to realize and accept that
if you have chf,
the heart muscles are already damaged
so you need to be careful with that
it would be good if you accept that fact

second
dont worry about ef
that is subject to change due to a lot of things
chf is not the only cause of low ef
even infections can reduce ef

third
stick to your medicines regularly
if you do you can live a long and almost normal life
the medicines are good and effective

fourth
avoid too much salt and water
