CHF,Mitral Valve Regurgitation And Enlarged Heart.

My mother is going on 91 years old and has CHF and Mitral Valve regurgiation and enlarged heart. She is on diuretic , lisinopril and patassium. She weighs 88.1 pounds (has always been petite and a baseline of about 110 pounds. She has no appetite but does eat with encouragement. She is fatigued. She is not a candidate for surgery. She says her knees are weak and her back hurts. What is her prognosis?

I am afraid we cannot predict the prognosis in such a case. This can be done only after I know how bad her symptoms are and the results of her investigations.
