CT Scan Showed Excessive Bleeding In Throat. What Does This Mean?

Hi, I broke my nose tonight and went to the ER, they did a ct scan and said other than the break, everything is ok. But they told me if there is excessive bleeding into my throat, that I d need to go back to the ER right away. I m wondering how much bleeding is excessive?

hello. bleeding is excessive when it is coming in the throat or when the patients vitals ( that is blood pressure and pulse) become unstable. it is a relative term and also depends on the health status ( hemoglobin level ) of the patient. dont worry , just rush to the ER, they will manage the rest. thanks
