Can 10 Codral 500mg And 4 Restavit Taken Together Be Fatal?
I was drunk and sad last night and took 10 codral 500mgs and 4 restivit 25mgs. I m already on antidepressants but I don t want to die. I don t want to go to the hospital I m too embarrassed I just want someone to tell me that I won t die. I took them 14 hrs ago and haven t vomited and have no pain, just feel tired and shakey. I have eaten plenty and drank lots of water. I m 24, female and 62kgs. Please can you just tell me I won t die. Thank you.

Codral has different formulations with different ingredients, in general the ingredients may be paracetamol , phenylephrine (decongestant), dextromethorphan (cough suppressant) and an antihistamine.
Restavit is the trade name for doxylamine. This is relatively safe.
The dose of the paracetamol is below the toxic level and the main risk is sedation between the two agents.
Though you may not be in acute danger, it would be best for you to speak to someone about this attempt.
That would be very important.
The fact that you made an attempt means that you may be tempted to do it again and you may not be lucky to survive a second time or you may end up with long term problems.
