Can 2 Large Cortisone Injection Taken For Sciatica And Low Back Problems Cause Ovarian Cysts Along With Odd Periods?
I have had 2 large cortisone injection for my sciatica and low back problems....I have since had very odd periods ( started earlier...lasted 2 weeks and going). I had sonogram and 2 ovarian cysts were found. Is is possible the steroid injections could have caused me to develop cysts?

i dont think that cortisone injection leads to ovarian cyst. I thinks thats just a co-incidental finding.
although ovarian cyst can lead to low backache depending on the type of the cyst.
