Can Allergex Tablets Be Taken For Headache?

I have been having a constant headache for the past two weeks- (including vomiting and nausea). however the vomiting and nausea went away on their own and i had to consult a doctor for the headaches. He said my blood pressure was a bit high 169/90 and gave me treatment for the Hypertension, antibiotics, painagon and Loratadine for the Sinus headaces. 7 days later the headached still bother me-esoecially in the mornings. Will taking Allergex tablets make it better?
