Can Ambien Be Taken After Using Crystal Meth?

i made the stupid mistake of trying crystal meth for the first time today around 7. I'm wondering if i will hurt myself more by taking one of my ambien to help try & fall asleep. I also read a pain pill would help relax some of the tension. Stupid mistake, won't ever do again but is there anything i can do tonight to help?

You can take Ambien but I do not expect you'll be able to sleep even with it. You need to wait for the meth to be washed out of your body before you can be able to sleep as before.
