Can Amlodipine, Nexium And Estroven Be Taken While Having A Fractured Backbone?

My wife is 81 years old, has a broken back, and is on many prescription/non-prescription drugs. She seems quite lethargic and I am concerned the drugs may be interacting causing her problem. She is currently taking the following drugs and medications: Cozaar, Amlodipine, Nexium, Estroven, Aspirin, Calcium, Lutine, Synthoid, Fergon, Vit A, Calcium D, Vit E, Clondine, and Hydrocodine (My main concern). How can I be sure she is not harming herself with such administrations?

Hello,
The clonidine and hydrocodone can both be sedating. All opiate pain medications may cause lethargy. Talk to her doctor about the lethargy she is experiencing and see if they can change her medications.
