Can Aspirin With Coffee Cause High Blood Pressure With Dizziness?
why did taking 400mg of aspirin along with a cup of coffee make my blood pressure go way up and cause me to feel dizzy and feel like my head was going to explode? I took aspiring to releive a bad headache in the first place. I tend to get them occasionally since I am going through perimenopause.

Headaches in the perimenopausal period are quite frequent due to hormonal disturbances,I advice you to avoid excess coffee.Aspirin 400 mg is not associated with high blood pressure.The elevated blood pressure in your case is most likely to be due to essential hypertension.Have a baseline 2 dimensional echo of your heart.Antihypertensives like beta blockers and ace inhibitors are needed to control your blood pressure .Regular physical exercise can alleviate most of the symptoms which you are currently experiencing.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
