Can Augmentin And Sulfamethoxazole-Trimethoprim Be Taken Together?
I am taking Augmentin for a sinus infection. I fear I may also have cystitis and for that I generally take sulfamethox/trime 800/160 mg. Would there be a problem if I took both of these at the same time? I am immune compromised because I take Rituxan for rheumatoid arthritis. My last infusion was at the end .f November. Thank you for your help and advice. I have an appt with my ENT dr. a week from today.

You may check urine for routine examination if you got any positive results you may take it. But frequently takin this drug lead resistance.
