Hi, I am 180 cms tall, weight - 87 KGs and aged 39. I have begun an exercise routine of runnign atleast 2 kms a day, and working with weights 3 days a week. However I feel hungry all the time and instead of progressing towards my target weight of 79 kilos, Ihave progressed from 84 kilos to 87. I am considering supplementing my diet with BCAA capsules to help me fight fatigue and prevent my hunger, and also am open to try out protien shakes if required. What would your advice be? EH-TW8100
