Can Betnovate-C Be Used As A Replacement For Betamethasone?
Hello, recently i used Betamethasone skin cream to remove scars resulting from mosquito and other insect bites on my hands and feet. This skin cream took some time to work, but was effective, and has now been depleted. Can Betnovate-C be used as a replacement for Betamethasone?

Previously , you were using BETAMETHASONE cream for scars and according to you that was working very well .
Now you want to use BETNOVATE- C instead of betamethasone.
Yes, this will give an additional advantage because it contains betamethasone valerate ).12 % w/w and clioquinol 3 % w/w.
It means you will advantage of both salts .
Betamethasone available as dirpopionate and valerate , so you didn't mention that , which salt , you were using .
Either upload about the salt or use betnovat c .
