I have excrusiating pain in my left abdomin when having small soft bowel movements it is tender for a few days and then I am fine. I have had two cat scans one with a drink and IV and the other with nothing. They did not find any kidney stones, gall stones or diverticulitus. can a prolapsed uterus be seen on a cat scan and can this be the cause of my pain.
Hi, I think if you have prolapse uterus, it can be self diagnosed as you will feel it is outside the vagina. It can cause pain in abdomen due to stretching of peritoneum. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist to rule out prolapse. It can be diagnosed on CT scan.
