Can Camplyobacter Be Completely Cured With Antibiotics?

I had camplyobactor about 4-5 weeks ago, was on a course of antibiotics for a week and felt much better for it, for the last 3 days I have had diarrhoea again and feel some of the symptoms I had previously. I have doctors appointment booked for the weekend but was wondering weather i still have camplyobactor?
