Can Cephalexin Be Taken Along With Lyrica?
I have been taking lyrica for a sciatica and pyriformus syndrome condition this is working to some degree i also take a paracetamol/codeine mix for the pain along with some ibuprofen I believe they have now given me a slight stomach ulcer effect can I take cephalexin (penicillin) to treat the stomach pain

Cephalexin is an antibiotic. You can take it with lyrica and other drugs which you have mentioned.
But if you just have stomach pain or feel that you have stomach ulcers, why do you want to take an antibiotic? Cephalexin can itself cause diarrhea.
I would suggest you to take a tablet of meftal spas for stomach pain.
Eat fibrous foods. Take plenty of fluids.
If pain persists, consult your physician.
