Hello Dr. I am 28 year old, 5’4”, 30lbs and 2 years married. Last November 2009 I had undergone Transvaginal Ultrasound and seen that I have Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries and thin endometrium. My OB advised me to take anti androgen pills for 6 months. I did but I was not able to come back to my OB after 6 months. Last May, I undergone TVS again and found the same result as on the first Ultra sound. My OB advised me to take provera for 5 days, and on the 1st day of menstruation to take antiandrogen pills. I need to take pills for 3 months and on the 3rd month, I need to take Chlomid for 5 days. She also asked to me to take Vitamin E and Folic Acid daily. Since I have thin endometrium, I am worried to take Chlomid because it may cause to make endometriun thinner.
