Can Ciprofloxacin And Clotrimazole Be Used Together?

Hello-I wear hearing aids and have recurring Otitis externa with drainage; previously diagnosed as both bacterial and fungal (yeast) and combination of both which is the current situation. I have ciproflaxacin for bacterial and clotrimzole for fungal. My question - can I use both medications and if yes, how best? Thank you!

hello, thanks for your query, most of the ear infections are mixed( bacterial+ fungal), ear drops also comes in combination( ciprofloxaxin+ clotrimazole). it's safe ,can be used for 4 weeks to prevent fungal infections permanenly. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
