You are advised to urgently get your father clinically examined by a diabetologist so that he can be put under proper dose of the medication oral or injections to help control the blood glucoses level. Your father's symptoms are indicative of very high blood glucose level. He needs to be put under a Nutritionist also, who will make a food chart to help control the blood glucose level. Get your father clinically evaluated to go through some tests.
For your information, Citralka liquid is used to treat gout and kidney stones. It stops uric acid production, reduces gout attack and prevents kidney stone formation. Do not give any medications without consultation with the diabetologist and surgeon. If needed investigations will be done to detect kidney stones and gout. His treatment will depend on the pathology detected.
