Can Clopidogrel Be Withdrawn Suddenly?
I had the Watchman procedure to block off the portion of the atrium to lower my risk of blood clots. I am off warfarin but ws put on clopidogrel. I m not feeling as well as usual a little more heavy footed. I would like to stop, of course I can call cardiologist,but just asking...

Clopidogrel prevents ischemic heart disease, MI and strokes. Unless its absolutely essential e.g an operation or active bleeding , you should not stop the drug.
