Can Concor 5 Mg Tablets Taken Instead Of Covasc 5 Mg Tablets For High BP?
Hi v r on holiday n my husband forgot to pack enough of his Covasc 5mg tablets of thigh blood pressure. Can he take my Concor 5 mg tablets for 4-5 days till v go home? He does not want to go see a dr whist on holiday for it. Or should he just not take anything till v r home?? Pls advise . Thank you
Thanks for approaching healthcare magic team. There is nothing to be worried if Covasc tablets are missed for 4-5 days. But if there are symptoms like increased heart rate, sweating, giddiness and restlesness, then Concor 5 mg tablets can be given. After you reach home Covasc tablets have to be taken regularly. I would suggest to get your BP checked once u reach home and then take your doctor's advice for any dosage adjustments. Please get back for any further queries. Thank you.
