I have gone through your query. Due to continuous use of corticosteroids for allergic rhinitis and Bronchial Asthma, you become prone to infections. In you case you are suffering from Respiratory tract infection resulting in cough with expectoration, fever and wheezing. I advise to go for a antibiotic course of amoxicillin and anti histaminic like Levocetrizine. And paracetamol for fever.
