I have crohn's disease and am currently flaring. For the past 2 months, every now and then there will be sacks that float in my feces. The first time they were red with brown fluid in them. The next time they were small and black with brown fluid inside. This time they are bright red and have a thick white substance inside. I am 25, 5' 8", female, and 220 lbs.
